Is there an application and administration fee? If so, what are they?
$50 application fee per applicant and Admin fee of $450.
What lease terms do you offer (6, 9, 12 months)?
We offer lease terms from 3 to 15 months.
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid through your Loft Living resident portal, available via the mobile app or website. Payments may be submitted using ACH or credit card.
Are there additional fees I should expect?
Yes, internet fee, trash fees, amenity fee, water and sewer.
How do residents submit maintenance requests?
Service requests are submitted via our resident portal, LOFT.
Is 24-hour emergency maintenance available? What qualifies as an emergency maintenance request?
Yes, contact the office for more information.
Is there a technology package at this property? (If yes, what does it include?)
Yes, Internet Subway.
What is the pet policy including fees, restrictions and how many pets are allowed per apartment?
$50 per month and a one time fee of $500. Two pets

What are the income and credit requirements?
You must make three times the monthly rent and pass a background check.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, both.
